There are some foods that help in gaining weight

The milk

The rice

Red meat

Meat contains proteins and fats that in turn gain weight. Doctors advise older adults to eat red meat and stay away from high-fat.

Salmon fish

Salmon fish contains a large amount of fat and a large amount of calories to help in weight gain. It also contains omega-3, which is useful for memory and works as an anti-oxidant.

Dark chocolate
