Older yoga uses a method called (tai-ki). This method improves the physical ability and concentration of the elderly, to prevent them from many diseases such as roughness and Alzheimer's.

Pregnancy yoga

This type of yoga reduces the stress of the mother during pregnancy and helps her reduce the pain she feels during pregnancy.

So what is the benefit of yoga for human health?

Yoga, according to recent studies of medicine, helps reduce many diseases, including severe stress that reduces high blood pressure for humans, improving mood and mood, improving lifestyle and energy for humans, as well as improving the level of diabetes for diabetics, improving people's asthma for patients with chest disease, improving memory for students, and increasing focus in studies and tests.
